Curiosisimo año, conviviendo buenos discos de hard-heavy (Rainbow, UFO, Van Hallen Judas, ACDC, Budgie, Rose Tattoo, Uriah Heep) buen prog y folk tardio (Los italianos dando los ultimos coletazos, Caedmon, Carol of Harvest, National Health, Magma, Bubu, Colosus...) una excelente ola de progresivo catalan, pañol y vasco: Gotic, Bloque, Cai, Iman, Iceberg, Asfalto, NHU, Ñu... Itoiz, Itziar, Ikukaitz... y luego el tema powerpop, punk casi venido post: alternative TV, Saints, Ramones, Wire, Patti, The Jam, Pere Ubu, Costello, real kids...

Curiosamente, a mí me parece que ese año hay un puñado de discos de primerísima plana. "Some Girls", "Jazz", "Van Halen", "Powerage".... vamos, todos los que puse, me parecen de lo mejor de la historia.
