Taking a Sonic Youth approach but arriving at some dark place between Neurosis and Chelsea Wolfe, Dystopian Future Movies have crafted a unique combination of discordant layers, atmospheric swells and colossal heaviness.  

Weaving lyrical catharsis with hypnotic vocal melodies, Irish-born Caroline Cawley uses an experimental guitar sound that expands to an emotive, dynamic, rollercoaster of beauty and chaos combining to create a firestorm of sound through collaboration with drummer Bill Fisher, bassist Oisin O'Doherty and Rafe on guitar.


De momento las escuchas me gustan. Es un rock atmosférico tipo Anathema o The Gathering. Abstenerse fans de temas rápidos de 2 minutos.

Pues no me esperaba tal sorpreson. Suenan muy bien y las influencias que tienen (Isis, Chelsea Wilde) y que se hacen notar no tienen nada ver con las de COTCS.
