Hola amigos. En esta época de confinamiento y ante la imposibilidad de recorrer el mundo en busca de conciertos e Ipas, he aprovechado el tiempo libre para sacar adelante un proyecto con un colega, una eminencia en todo lo referente a la música Funk y Disco. Un divertimento sin mas pretensiones que hacer el gamberro y pasarlo bien. Así que creamos una banda ficticia de Disco Funk. Con todos vosotros, The ChaiseLoung Brothers.


When, the born and raised in Chicago, Sir Duke, and the Detroit native, Hairy Björk, accidentally ran into each other at a stinky joint in Gary, IN, little did they imagine that their project was about to change the face of Funk. Their explicit lyrics and musical approach, way too ahead of their times, kept them away from stardom. But The ChaiseLoung Brothers remains as the best kept secret in Funk music.

After a fulfilling experience at the BDSM gay leather bar MINESHAFT and as heavy fans of the Gerald Walker´s novel CRUISING, Sir Duke and Hairy Björk wrote a carnal odissey titled "Leather Is Always Better".  It was later offered to director William Friedkin as the main theme for the erotic crime thiller starring Al Pacino but was rejected for being too "real".

Another single came out from another wild night at the MINESHAFT, when they found the great Sylvester having fun behind a glory hole. The Synth Pop hit "Glory Wall", released in 1976, had a big influence in Jimmy Sommerville, and years later inspired him to write "Smalltown Boy" .
