Boom Tish (La nueva banda de Daniel Johns de Silverchair)

Daniel Johns tiene un nuevo proyecto paralelo llamado Boom Tish. De momento han grabado una versión de la banda australiana Easybeats. La canción es Hello How Are You aunque es bastante diferente a la original. Daniel Johns sigue tirando por el rollo electrónico y es que parece que el resto de miembros que forman parte de la banda son los que fueron la banda de acompañamiento en sus 2 unicos conciertos de su gira en solitario (de su disco Talk). Daniel Johns se toma las cosas con calma y en los ultimos 9 años apenas ha dado uno 10 conciertos. Veremos que sale de este proyecto. De momento solo sabemos de este tema aunque se espera que publiquen algo en los proximos meses.






DANIEL Johns is back in the game with his newest music incarnation Boom Tish, tackling an epic cover for an Easybeats tribute record.
Johns chose to reimagine the audacious rock ballad Hello, How Are You for the Rebeat EP which will be released in late November.
The former Silverchair frontman has been teasing his new project Boom Tish for several months, with its musicians drawn from the band who backed him for his debut solo concerts at the Sydney Opera House for the Vivid Festival in 2015.
It is believed Johns was enlisted for the project by his music label executive brother Heath, who now runs the relaunched BMG Australia.
