It's Pink Floyd Week on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. To celebrate one of the biggest rock bands of all time, Jimmy is hosting five well-known artists to perform a Pink Floyd Classic. Visit throughout the week to see performances by The Shins, Foo Fighters, MGMT, Dierks Bentley and Pearl Jam. Also, we'll post the appearances by Nick Mason, Roger Waters and anyone else who drops by Studio 6B!

Pink Floyd will get the five-night, all-star tribute performance tribute next week on ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,’ with Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters and even Roger Waters himself playing the band’s famous songs. Two members of the band will also appear for interviews during the big event.
It’s all perfectly timed to line up with the launch of Floyd’s massive re-issue campaign, which starts Tuesday (Sept. 27) with remastered editions of each of the band’s 14 albums, as well as dual disc “Experience” and “Immersion” box set editions of their 1973 classic ‘Dark Side of the Moon.’

On Monday the 26th, alt-rockers the Shins will perform ‘Breathe’ from ‘Dark Side,’ and Floyd drummer Nick Mason will stop by for an interview. Tuesday (27) brings the band’s bassist and conceptual mastermind himself, Roger Waters, in a dual role. He’ll perform ‘In the Flesh’ from 1979′s ‘The Wall’ with able help from the Foo Fighters, in addition to appearing for his own interview segment.

Psychedelic pop-rockers MGMT appear on Wednesday (28) to perform “Lucifer Sam,” off 1967′s “The Piper at the Gates of Dawn.” (That’s gonna rule, by the way.) Country star Dierks Bentley turns up Thursday to perform the title track from 1975′s ‘Wish You Were Here,’ and Pearl Jam round things off on Friday with their take on ‘Mother.’

We’ll be covering all of these performances as fast as we possibly can each night next week, and we’re sure our boss will understand our repeated tardiness every morning as a result.

Si tengo dinero/curro para cuando sea la fecha española, me lo pensaré, pero ofreciendo lo mismo (aunque a nivel de estadios) y sin curro...pasando

El Selling England... de Genesis si me gustó aunque luego escuché The Lamb Lies Down y lo quité en la segunda canción... debería darle otra oportunidad. Recomiendame algo de King Crimson porfi, pero que tenga pasión y nervio jeje tanto el In court como el Red son tremendos de principio a fin, escuché otro disco hace tiempo pero divagaba demasiado y había poco rock
