Pues a mí me han cobrado 3 euros. Cuando convierto las libras a euros me sale una cantidad mayor, pero cuando introduzco los datos de la Visa me sale 3 euros y es lo que me cobran. En bangcd siempre me pasa eso, que pago menos de lo que en teoría valen. El de Lucinda Williams, por ejemplo, pone 9.40 € pero luego me han cobrado 8. No sé por qué, pero me da igual mientras salga ganando...

el mes que viene me caduca la tarjeta de crédito y ya me han enviado la nueva que activaré próximamente en el cajero

quisiera saber si tengo que cambiar algún dato en mi perfil de usuario o si mi entidad bancaria tiene que habilitar algún determinado servicio para compras en internet. Lo digo porque leí que a más de uno le había dado problemas el cambio de tarjeta y no conseguía cerrar el pago cuando realizaba un pedido.

A mí me ocurrió la semana pasada. Creo que el problema era que introducía el número de tarjeta con espacios, cosa que al parecer, no había que hacer. Al menos así se me solucionó.

A mí me dio problemas al cambiar de tarjetas, pero de bancos distintos. En teoría, con cambiar la fecha de caducidad por la nueva y meter el código de seguridad nuevo debería ser suficiente.

Investigations at the time showed no evidence that any of our customer email addresses had been downloaded. Play.com have taken all the necessary steps with Silverpop to ensure a security breach of this nature does not happen again.




We would also like to reassure our customers that all other personal information (i.e. credit cards, addresses, passwords, etc.) are kept in the very secure Play.com environment. Play.com has one of the most stringent internal standards of e-commerce security in the industry. This is audited and tested several times a year by leading internet security companies to ensure this high level of security is maintained. On behalf of Play.com, I would like to once again apologise to our customers for any inconvenience due to a potential increase in spam that may be caused by this issue .
